The edge clutch moves axially along the output shaft, thereby ensuring that the clutch can be smoothly engaged, softly separated, reducing wear, and extending the service life of the clutch and the entire drive train. Tensioner is a wearing part of automobile and other spare parts. It is used to adjust the tightness of the clutch bearing of the timing belt. It is usually replaced with the timing belt. The belt is easy to be stretched over time. Some tensioners can automatically adjust the belt tension. In addition, the tensioner belts run more smoothly, reduce noise, and prevent slipping.
   
    The clutch release bearing is a relatively important part of the car. If the maintenance is not good, it will fail. Therefore, it is of great significance to clarify the reasons for the failure of the clutch release bearing, and to reasonably maintain and maintain it during use, to extend the life of the release bearing, improve labor productivity, and obtain better economic benefits.
   
    The problems that should be paid attention to when using clutch release bearing: (1) According to the operating regulations, avoid the clutch to be in a semi-engaged and semi-disengaged state, and reduce the number of times the clutch is used. (2) Pay attention to maintenance, soak the butter with steaming method to make it full of lubricant regularly or during annual inspection and maintenance. (3) Pay attention to level the clutch release lever to ensure that the spring force of the return spring meets the requirements. (4) Adjust the free stroke to meet the requirements (30-40mm) to prevent the free stroke from being too large or too small. (5) Minimize the number of times of joining and separating, and reduce the impact load. (6) Press lightly and easily to make it engage and disengage smoothly.
   
    Most maintenance personnel use lubricating oil and grease to heat and melt each 50% of the separated bearings, and then put the separated bearings into the oil and soak them, and then cool them after filling them. Although this method has completed the filling task, the effect is not good, because heating will damage the structure of the calcium-based grease, reduce the lubrication performance of the grease, cause the premature wear of the release bearing, and shorten its service life. The correct method is to raise with a filler. High-end cars must use imported lubricants.
   
    1. Oil disintegration method for engine disintegration. Dismantle the engine to expose the assembly of the split bearing and bearing block. Use a pointed-butter grease gun to fill the small oil hole under the inner ring of the split bearing block. When the bearing overflows, turn the bearing until the bearing turns All the butter can overflow. After the above two methods, the separated bearings can no longer be refueled within six months.
   
    2. The method of oil injection without disassembly of the engine. First open the clutch cover and observe the wear of the release bearing. If it is confirmed that the bearing is not damaged or the wear does not exceed the limit, remove the clutch pedal and adjust the connecting rod pin so that the release bearing and its seat Back to the last position, use a pointed-nosed grease gun to fill the hole of the bearing housing until the bearing overflows, then turn the bearing slightly, refill it, and repeat the above work until there is a little butter around the bearing, and then make The bearing rotates, observe the oil quantity, if you feel the resistance of the bearing rotation, it proves that the bearing is filled with butter. Then remove the small amount of butter spilling around the separate bearing seat, and reassemble the removed pins and clutch cover.
